Discovery wants home maintenance plan when it's time to approve the claim

People from rural areas, be warned about Discovery Home Insurance. When you take the insurance they do not come and assess, they promise you the world with high security. When it's time for the claims, they want maintenance plan and disapprove the existing building plans. Anyway we are still waiting for the premium refund since May.
