Discovery voted worst insurer
Discovery is the worst insurer. You can only use their service providers to assess your claim. They don’t treat customers and claims fairly but yet they can’t complain when they put up your premium whenever they feel like it. They inly in it for the money and not customers.

Easy to reject customers claim. Sending their own service providers.
Paying R12k per month for short term and as a purple client this is how we have been treated.
Don’t worry this has been escalated and believe me I will never ever recommend Discovery insure to any one.
They are bias.
Had some conversations with colleagues who felt the same way and all is changing insurers.
Useless insurer.
