Discovery Vitality Drive no more!!

i made a mistake to accidentally put the fuel spend on the same card for both our insured cars. Was told on their support they cannot reverse this. This means that all the fuelspend is now reflecting against the one car. An innocent mistake. This is pathetic beyond words. This is going to mean I am going to cancel this policy. There is just no words to describe this - a simple mistake and they cannot fix it. Whatever Discovery have it your way. You get on board due to certain promises made for paybacks in fuel spend, and because of a simple admin issue they refuse to correct you do not get the fuel rewards. I am sure you are going to keep all your customers.
