Discovery Vitality Drive Goal Issue Resolved

My query with Discovery Insure was pertaining to my Vitality Drive rewards. Due to a technical inconsistency, I didn’t receive my weekly rewards despite meeting my Drive Goals. After continually calling and mailing, I came across a lady by the name of Thandiwe Radebe. She went out of her way to follow up on this query as it was elevated, and kept me in the loop during the entire process. When I followed up telephonically, she made the attempt to call me back as promised. It’s the small things that count, and being loyal to a customer, although an issue has not been resolved as yet, compels them to show loyalty back, and not consider jumping ship. It did cross my mind to cancel my policy since this issue had been pending for 6 months. BUT, due to the service received from Thandiwe, and the prompt resolution to my issue, I will stay on Discovery Insure. Thanking you again. It was a pleasure interacting with you.
