Discovery vitality drive benefits do not work

Discovery Insure. Kindly note that the reason why I could not swipe for points or track my driving is because I attended Tygerwheel and Tyre before my policy started and they did not issue me with a Discovery Card and furthermore issued me with a device that does not work so it does not track my driving. So why must I be penalised for the inefficiency of your vendors. Please resolve this!
