Discovery Vehicles Assessors

It is so sad that I have to write this note about some of the Discovery assessors on my vehicle after really complementing the Insurance Broker Team (Nontombi). Not to take away from the team, even now they are the ones keeping me in the loop.

My vehicles' claim was approved and only to find out from the panel beaters that the insurance claim only approved for repairs and not a replacement. For me, I don't understand why my expectations were not managed by the Assessment Department. The panel beaters had to phone me & advise, yet I participated in a survey to rate their services without them actually even completing their work. I regret giving them a 5 (of which i gave them under the impression they had viewed my quote and seen pictures of my car). They definitely deserve a one.

I am not a difficult customer & I expect my expectations to be managed professionally. Guess it is now back to the waiting game.

So unfortunate!!!
