Discovery Vehicle Insurance is very disingenuous

My car has been in repairs for 6 months. Yes, SIX MONTHS! I have many issues here. Discovery only offers 1 month for a courtesy car, however! 1. These guys wanted to write off the vehicle after about 2 months. But then they said they want to save it from write off. 2. Their courtesy car service works for only 30 days. 3. I had to phone to find out if I could get a courtesy car (they didn’t contact me about that) 4. Of all the 10 different agents ive spoken to between end Jan and today 20 May, everyone says the will contact the repairer and phone me back. 5. Nobody ever phoned me back. 6. No one wants to take responsibility here, and that’s highly disingenuous. If it was me in my job doing the same, then I’d be fired. 7. 20 May 2025 I still have no solution 8. I’ve been paying full debit orders since December 2024
