Discovery Vehicle Insurance

To whom this may concern.

I'm beyond frustrated and disappointed with service delivery and lack of communication.

1. Monday 09.08 my vehicle was uplifted due to petrol in take instead of diesel. The vehicle was collected in great timing. 2. Tuesday 10.08 afternoon I contacted you late afternoon only to find out the vehicle had not been logged into the system for assessment. 3. Wednesday 11.08 did a follow up call and were told the vehicle would be assessed and we would get a report. 4. Thursday 12.08 evening got a call from the assessor that the vehicle was not meant to be sent to your assessment centre, but rather directly to a dealership. No update. 5. Friday13.08 morning I requested to resubmit for the courtesy vehicle, as I did not need it the previous week. (to date no feedback on that). 6. Monday 16.08 - vehicle had still not been uplifted to take to the dealership. I asked for an update Tuesday morning before 09:00 7. Tuesday 17.08 - no update, no call back. 8. Wednesday 18.08 - called again, the vehicle is still at the assessment centre and not taken to the dealership. I asked to be called back in 30 minutes with an update from our Management. Its an hour and 40 minutes later now, no call back, no update.

You have left me no choice, but to actually open an account on Hello Peter to see if I would get a response.

Note all my insurance cover is with Discovery. My house, household content, medial aid, life cover, bond cover, house cover and 2 vehicles. I moved a lot of this from a previous insurer, which I'm starting to regret.
