Clueless consultants, or unclear information?

So I have a vitality rive card, which supposedly is the fuel card. I received an email saying I had earned R*** over the past 12 months. Queried with the consultant how to claim that, was told to swipe at the participating partners, the partners say its is only for points when filling up, no cash. Now i phoned and was told there is no such a thing. Which is it? Where does the money go that i earned, and what can I use the points on? How can I view my points?
