Discovery Unsure

Early February i was involved in an accident and everything that could go wrong went wrong. Firstly Discovery wanted me to drive a damaged car until such time that they could get a panel beating slot. They eventually agreed my vehicle took over a week to get accessed after which it took another week and a half to get booked in for repairs. In between all this i was speaking to several people to try get my vehicle returned to me as urgently as possible. I spoke to the following grossly *********** staff Thobile N, Charlene D, Ravi Jadoonandan who was extremely rude and finally to the \Executive:"Mpho Brian Mogale. Nothing was sorted i eventually got my vehicle after the 30 days rental loan whereby Mpho Brain assured me he had organized an extension.. not!Avis is now billing me R 1002 for say 3 days. A head light which was replaced at the panel shop is not working and again advised Brian of this he advised me more than 3 weeks ago i would be contacted to resolve the matter...Alas! Again nothing. Three emails later Brain continues to ignore me whom do i escalate this to... Newspapers"
