DISCOVERY TYRE INSURE

On the 20th of June 2024 I registered a claim for two Tyres and got an email with how should i send pics and with completing the claim form, to my surprise 7 days later on 26 June 2024 I received another email that said i must send video of the tyres. i refused to send it as this was a sign of disrespect from Discovery.

To date my vehicle is without tyres and i don't know whether the claim is approved or rejected, service offered by discovery (Melissa Assessor) is pathetic i would never recommend them to anyone.
