Discovery Travel Insure is failing all round

Discovery Insure website is completely broken now. When it partially worked previously, it did not recognise RyanAir as an airline.

The Discovery chatbot is broken and continues spinning when trying to download travel documents. The document download fails continuously.

Discovery travel service telephone lines drop the call after about 10 minutes of being on hold.
