Discovery TCF champions / sharks

Got a policy increase and it has gone up 10% without consulting with me but when I want to dispute it I get told that I can't and can only reask in 3 months. They are also showing my no claim bonus as 1 accident in the last 3 years (not correct, it has been more than 3 years now) which is obviously penalising me. Further to this manager tells me that one of the reasons for the increase is the fact that replacement of a car costs are going up (how is it possible that they reduce the car's retail value at least annually and pay out based on this new value but at the same time tell customers that this causes the replacement value to go up - in which world does this math work?) So in a nutshell country inflation is 4.5-5.5%, my cars have depreciated in value, I have not claimed for more than 3 years and my policy goes 10% up but I am not allowed to question it.
