Discovery stole my money for months

I did a quote with one of your agents/broker "Thabo" at multicover on or around the 4th of November 2015 for a 1995 golf 3 cabriolet. He then added it to my policy without me giving him authorization to put it onto my policy at the time and when I called for a re-quote I was informed it was already on my policy from 4/11/2015. Discovery then reimbursed a sum of abt R700 and yet they had deducted close to R5000 in premiums over the following months. No one has ever explained this to me and I am still waiting to find out where is the balance of my money. when I asked people told me abt dual insurence and all sorts of insurence terms that I have no interst in as my car was insured with myway rightlfully so and thus no dul insurence because dicovery had no right to insure my car or take money from account for insuring the car. Discovery i would still like the balance of my money. I have now fortunatley been empowered to pursue this matter through this platform and the short term insurence ombuds should I again get no resolutuon.
