Discovery Stole My Money

Discovery debited from an account that they are not authorized to debit from. This caused that account to go into overdraft and cost me honouring fees.

Upon receiving this information Discovery requested bank statements, which I sent, just to tell me that their finance department won't be refunding me. This is after weeks of trying to get replies to multiple emails.

I am absolutely shocked that they stole money from my savings account, caused me to pay fees because it went into overdraft, and then refuse to help.
