Discovery still not responding !

Discovery' indictated on Hello Peter that they will contact me regarding outstanding awards for Multi Point assessments done on time after a complaint was lodged on 26 Jan 2016. NO CALL NO NOTHING ! They still want me to sort this out per telephone by contacting their inefficient DQ track division.<br> Think I have had enough - it is time to move on to an insurer that really knows about treating cutomers fairly.<br>
