I insured my engagement ring with discovery for R50 000 according to my valuation certificate. I lost my ring and they want to have a new one made up by their jewelers which is only going to cost them R22 0000. I am not allowed to choose my replacement ring! What is the purpose of insuring something of that value when you getting an inferior replacement.!!!!!!!!
