Discovery sneakily increased my premiums

I recently moved from a complex to a secure residential estate. Given the increased security, my home contents actually decreased, which they informed me when I called, however when I received my new schedule I see that my car insurance had increased. This makes no sense since i moved to a more secure location, the car is now in a locked garage and my driving scores have always been good. When I called no one can assist, If this is not attended to I will take my entire portfolio (household goods, specific items and car insurance) else where. I have already received numerous quotes and surprise surprise its significantly less.
