Discovery Snakes
Exceptionally poor service on various fronts from Discovery. I have been a loyal supporter and client for 15 years and they only care about lining their pockets.
No authentic customer service at all.
I have no other option now but to cancel my policy and move somewhere else. And then they are keeping my saved funds, How legal is that?
