Discovery/Smart Lab - shocking service

I had my iphone 6 screen replacement done through Discovery Insure/Smart lab on about 15/02/2016 and from the start the service has been absolutely shocking to say the least from both companies. When I eventually received my phone back from Smart lab to find that there was a problem with the handset. I emailed Discovery on the 24/02/2016 and did not hear back from anyone. I have resent the emails to all the relative people responsible at both Discovery Insure, Discovery complaints and Smart lab but to date I have still not heard back from anyone!
