DISCOVERY SHOWING THEIR TRUE COLORS

I was a client with discovery insure and had a claim for acar that was written off. Taxi rear ended me. The excess was taken off of my claim but I had to cancel my insurance because of financial problems because of covid19. So 10 months after the claim was processed I still hade ZERO feedback on my excess. Not once did they get in touch with me about it. I emailed them about it and it has been a week now and zero response. They only care about helping you if they get money out of you. ****ty service and they just lost me as a client forever. I won't suggest them to anyone because they only care if they get money out of you.
