Discovery should have their trading license revoked – Sickening service – Inexcusable – ***********
<p>We are having issues with Discovery for weeks now, the call centre refuses to give us a number of a person we can contact to escalate the problem and get it sorted. I cannot believe a company of this size hides behind a call centre....stuff the fact that you are charging for a service that is not been delivered, stuff the fact your client does not have use of their car for 8 weeks, stuff that you are wasting our time and money….it’s just easier for you to hide behind a call centre and have people pass the client from one *********** person to another. You are a disgrace and a bunch of ***ards….and have a pathetic level of “service” !!! </p>
