Discovery should be industry standard!

I had the good fortune of getting through to Yandiswa Lupondo from the Client Servicing department. My call was so fast, friendly and efficient that I felt like chatting a bit longer after she almost instantaneously resolved my queries.

I have literally never had a customer service experience so fast and effective and wish everyone could experience it for themselves.

This was not a once of thing, when I initially joined Discovery Insure it was the fastest and most seamless Insurance process I have ever experienced, I went from getting a quote to having my new vehicle covered within a few hours and for that I had Trevor Govender to thank.

Individuals like these should get more praise, thank you guys and Discovery for making life so easy.
