Discovery Short term is a joke

I had previously raved about their service. I take it all back. Short term insurance contractors and response are a joke and they have no idea what’s going on.. I was told to wait for 2 days to get my water mains fixed on my house hold insurance. Yeah, don’t use your water for 2DAYS! First call I’d made in the morning apparently hadn’t even been logged. Paid for it myself in the end and was given the go ahead by Discovery eventually because it was a leak caused by a previous contractor they’d sent. Asked about when I’d be reimbursed... nothing. My vehicle had some minor repairs that needed to be done to it prior to lockdown and somehow it’s come back with what is supposedly a R30k mechanical fault but it was perfectly fine and had just come back from a major service before it had gone in to their repairer. No one is responding to any of my issues
