Discovery Short Term insurance brokers!!

I was contacted by what I was led to believe was Discovery short term insurance. After all their sales pitch and promises of paybacks from fuel purchased, and the premium was nearly R500 per month more than my current short term insurer, i decided not to send off the form to have my current short term insurance cancelled ,which the sales person assured me, they would do on my behalf. On the 2 Feb I discovered to my dismay that Discovery had taken off their policy premium and my short term insurer had done likewise. I never agreed to the Discovery policy! So beware of these people! I have since contacted Discovery Insure only to be told I have to contact FGRO - a broker for Discovery. I tried phoning them - *** - no answer. I have sent them emails, am awaiting a reply.
I was contacted yesterday by a FGRO representative, and was told to reverse the debit orders with my bank. However I am now out of pocket by R45 as the two debit order reversals cost me R5 each and due to the unexpected debit order from Discovery, my account went into overdrawn status and a further legitimate debit order did not go off and i was charged R35 for this!! Who will compensate me for the R45 - Discovery is liable!!!!
