Discovery Short Term Insurance affects your credit score

This goes to all of you wanting to get short term insurance from Discovery - did you know that if you cancel your short term insurance policy with Discovery Insure that they list you as a bad payer on Clearscore and Experian. And when you inquire they never respond. I want this removed from my score. This affects my score and affects the ability to get cover and or credit.
