Discovery Service Provider absolutely shocking

The service providers that Discovery allow on their panel are shocking.

I logged a claim over a week ago, and to date no feedback from Blue Lake Pools Durban. I called today for an update was spoken to in the most impolite manner and treated absolutely disturbingly.

The Claim Handler Darren, is exceptionally helpful and has done the most he could do to assist me with my situation.

I'm not sure how Discovery allows this standard of calibre to be in their business. For such a great Insurance company to be tarnished by this is disappointing.

Blue Lake Pools manager was rude, arrogant and failed to follow through on urgent assistance.
