I called in following up on a cancellation that was not done - Kirk De Sai was quick and effective in assisting with processing my cancellation and providing the necessary communication. Also sorted out the refund that was due. Well done, was it not for pricing Kirk - I would of definitely stayed with Discovery after our chat!
