During November 2020, we experienced very heavy rains. The water got into my car and damaged the inside of my car to the value of Over R4000. I logged this with discovery more than once (***,#***, #***) sending all the quotes photos and a video of the damages, I am still waiting for them to get back to me and had to fix the problem myself to permanent damages due to the water.

Discovery is very quick to take your money for premiums, but their service is ****....

What is the use of insurance if they not there when you need them...
