Discovery *****s another person, WOW!!

So I have been dealing with discovery insure now for 6 weeks about a claim that is outstanding. Today I learnt that they just closed the claim without any type of notification ! They have blocked all my emails and my lawyer emails. How ridiculous is this and they are going back on what the contract states and what they sold us. So happy to take your money but would rather see you suffer when they have to pay out.
