Beware before yoi take up a policy. We cancelled. Paid for the month and now the dont want to payout our valid fuel spend on itality. Yet no communication to us on this matter. ************ business practices. How many policy holders have you caught like this? I paid a premium. You received a full premium for a full month you are liable to pay my subscriptions earned in that month

Our Vitality Drive program is a benefit on the policy that rewards you for driving well.
When the policy life span comes to an end, so does all benefits.
Your last cashback reward due to you was effective 2023/03/31 | paid on 2023/04/12 with May being your termination month.
The benefit runs in arrears and is calculated up to mid-month and payment is made accordingly in the new month.
So whenever your policy is terminated regardless of the calendar month , that cash back would not be paid out as the policy is no longer active. This is a standard process and practice for all cancellations.
We are unable to offer you a different outcome.
