Discovery - Road side assistance

I called Discovery for Road side assistance. The operator was very patient with me and asking me questions in order to tailor the right assistance to me. The operator also explained well the pros and cons of each option. He also arranged my transport to get me home and transfer my car to the nearest place of service. In the evening the Operator checked if I had arrived home safely.
