Discovery Road Side Assistance and First Help Towing

I would like to let Discovery know about the *******ion going on in there road side assistance department. I I hit a pothole on Saturday the 11th of February. The insurance was phone for road side assistance. A Guy by the name of Samuel Came to the scene. He then convinced me that it would be better for the guys from First Help Towing to assess the vehicle for any suspension damage. 2 vehicles from Firs help arrived a few minutes later. They then adviced me that it would be better to tow it in. I specifically asked Samual (Discovery) to take the car to Rubicon Panelbeaters. Yesterday I was called by the insurance and told that they couldnt locate the vehicle. After phoning around we discovered that the guy from First Help (Damian) cancelled the call with Discovery on behalf of me and Towed my car to their premises in Roodepoort. We never gave them permission to take the car there and I was led to understand that Samuel was working with?for First help Towing. The problem is that First Help now wants starge fees before releasing the car.

I am 100% positive that the Driver from Discovery is getting kickbacks from the guys at First Help Towing.
