Discovery retentions department.

This goes to Mr Kastello Govender from the retentions department. He works fast and resolved my issue which was going on from February. I have cancelled my insurance with discovery due to consultants telling me they will resolve and call me me back on my issue. I've called them back multiple times with no hope . After some time Mr Kastello Govender contacted me to get me back with discovery. I explained to him my entire situation and within one call he has resolved the matter . I truly wish and hope that discovery takes note of how he handles issues so perfectly . Truly commendable.
