Discovery Renewals is not hassle free and is time consuming and always increases

Discovery have wavered a fee on Vehicle Recovery since inception. But every renewal their systems adds it back on which I have been told was a bug on the system. I spent 10 minutes on the call with a consultant today and she was unable to assist me. Last year and the previous year I spent several calls back and fourth trying to get this rectified. I would assume that after one year, this bug would be resolved. Again this year, I am being charged for this fee and it has now been added on again . As a loyal client with Discovery Health, Vitality, Life and Insure, I honestly expect to be treated fairly and to have a hassle free renewal and not have to worry about a fee added each year which requires me to phoning in and explaining the whole story and to request a correction. This is time consuming.
