Discovery refusing to send car to maker approved panel beaters for repairs.

As per the heading, insurer is refusing to send car to Audi approved dealer. I have a contract with SA Warrentees as well as full service history at Audi Service Center and all repairs done from my pocket has been done directly by Audi.

Now Discovery wants to force me to take my car to Dals Libertas even though their other branch (CMC Auto Panel) is Audi approved. They keep using delaying tactics and wants me to send through my personal contracts at other providers and spent hours on the phone trying to get my vehicle repaired.
