Discovery refusing to replace windscreen with OEM
Someone, please intervene, Discovery is refusing to give me OEM windscreen despite the manufacturer writing an email to them to advise that they do not approve fitment of any glass outside their stock. They keep on insisting on generic glass

5.28 | Repairer or supplier of our choice
We have the right to insist that any repair or replacement
must be done at or by a repairer or supplier of our choice.
Unless the vehicle is under a warrenty , Discovery Insure will indemnify you with an aftermarket industry approved glass.
Kindly note the two options up for consideration in light of the merits of the claim. Unless otherwise*
1. Cash In Lieu settlement at our rate & as a client you may endevour to make use of a supplier of your choice.
2 Replace the glass using our supplier ( at our rate ).
Kindly share with us your consideration as we would like to offer you the much needed assistance.
