Discovery refusing to refund my portion/contribution towards my IFA

DISCOVERY refusing to pay me back my 50% of my IFA account, money that I contributed towards the IFA account after my policy cancelled. I confirmed with a consultant two weeks ago that R7000 odd was indeed to be refunded to me and that it would have been paid out within 3-5 working days. Today another consultant informed me that I forfeited the payback. BULL****!! I have not withdrawn my money in the time that I had the policy which was about 5 years and according to the contract I am entitled to my portion every three years.

I want my money paid to me TODAY!! I will take this matter further if I have to!!
