Discovery refusing to pay out for no reason

If I could give negative stars I would. Discovery is refusing to answer my mails or calls and is only offering half of what I am claiming for after a burglary without any valid explanation. Dealt initially with Andre Engelbrecht and later his manager P Mannaseh , neither who have rep**** to my last 5 emails and calls. Worst customer service I have had the displeasure of dealing with . Expected a lot more from a company like Discovery.
