Discovery refuses to take accountability for damage to my car caused by their DT tracker technicians

Discovery please can someone call me and get back to me about my complaint on your technicians messing up the wiring on my car and destroying my comms system. I raised this query a week ago on Hello peter and I received a message that I would be contacted. I still have not received a phone call from anyone who can show accountability and tell me how and when discovery will pay for the damage their technicians did when uninstalling the DT tracker. I have been without a radio, phone, USB port for 2 months. VW will not pay, nor will my warranty and maintenance plan because it is deemed as external tampering. My car is brand new and now has an entire comms system central to the entire car destroyed by Discovery technicians. This is really unacceptable that Discovery has not called me to address this issue. I will have to seek legal action if I continue to be ignored.
