DISCOVERY REFUSES TO REFUND PREMIUM MONIES INCORRECTLY DEBITED. ACORDING TO THAMI MASINA - EXECUTIVE RELATIONSHIP MANAGER - FROM THE DISCOVERY EXECUTIVE OFFICE - SHE STATES 'I have noted the premium of R***xx you have been querying. Please note that we cannot back date the change.' SHE ALSO STATES: 'My objective is to resolve your query as per TCF rules ( treating customers fairly ) which is what guides me.' SO SHE ACKNOWLEDGES THE INCORRECTLY DEBITED PREMIUM BUT REFUSES TO REFUND OR CREDIT ME FOR IT, SORRY FOR ME.
