Discovery recommends useless FA's

A few months ago, Discovery gave my contact details to their database of "certified and reliable" financial advisers they called me and requested a meeting I accepted appointed a FA from Triggar Capital under the impression that these people are vetted by Discovery.

After enjoying the commission from my investments the FA is now missing and I am plagued by having to call your call center for errors on my policies!

I have emailed him on numerous occasions for updates My insurance policy has errors in it! My vitality isn't working according I haven't heard from him in months

WHY DO I HAVE A FA???

I am annoyed and would like to have him removed.
