Discovery product doesnt workė

So I have Discovery insurance which has accident alert on it

Three times over a period of about 6 months I would get a call to say that they are aware I have just had an accidemt and am I ok.

I was just driving through the suburbs but something on their system indicated otherwise.

However TODAY I had an accident and they didn't call at all - what gives!

I am mind boggled and really feel an explanation is well deserved.

DISCOVERY! Your product does not work and don't give me nonsense about how the system functions bla bla bla... reality is that when I needed you the MOST I got 'squat'!
