Discovery Premiums Increase by 20% Unacceptable

I have just waited 20min for a consultant to review my policy increase on the call centre. Discovery insure are increasing premiums by nearly 20% from 1 January 2024, unacceptable. They are quoting inflation, is inflation 20%? Be aware everybody, check your increase as discovery open another bank. I have been a faithful client since 2016, I will be cancelling my insurance with discovery asap to a more reasonable insurance company
