Discovery Premium taken after car written off
Discovery Insure wrote off my vehicle 15 January however are still taking a premium monthly for the vehicle. I am not understanding how this is possible as this is one company. Management has to approve the removal and back date which takes time? No interest on funds they have taken since January to date. This is not acceptable. A new vehicle can be added immediately but a vehicle written off cannot be removed? Shocking
