Discovery poorest car insurance service ever!!!!!!!!!

I am busy with a liability claim with Discovery and how disgusted i am with their poor service and apparently the more i network with other people and i bring up this topic alot of the people tell me they switching their vehicle insurance because of this poor service when it comes to claims especially 3rd party liability claims i submitted my documents a week ago no feedback from Discovery i have to follow up constantly and just empty promises whilst im driving with a bumped car which was not my fault but the person who caused assisted me with a claim number but now Discovery treating me like a ghost
