Discovery Poor Service

Asked for a quote on car and house insurance. Gave me a quote but have not given me the breakdown on the difference of the different covers. My current insurance advised me on the product that they actually selling to me and to read the reviews on Hello Peter before cancelling with my current insurance company. I did so and also spoke to family members that had Discovery and decided not to proceed with the insurance cover. Well they make it more difficult to cancel the cover. I phoned them twice put me through 3 different consultants that I have to confirm my details with with no end to cancel the cover as a broker is not available to cancel the insurance. They said they will phone back. Yet to receive that phone call days later. I have now decided to cancel all my products I have with Discovery. Better spend with companies that have loyalty to their clients and actually call them back and explain all products in detail.
