DISCOVERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Had accident 17 April, damaged left tyre and rim, tow truck came out just to change tyre and rim but noticed wheel not sitting central as control arm damaged. Car was towed its now at Roadstar Panel and Paint and as per them says Discovery is refusing to pay the full price for the wheel and tyre.

Discovery wants to only pay R570 for 14"inch wheel and R650 for a Dunlope tyre 175/65.

Discovery refuse to pay for other damages of incident saying its old accident but i have never had an accident before.

I have Discovery life cover over 12 years, also have, Investment, and building insurance.

Im withoit a vehicle about 3 weeks now and its really inconvenient.

So as long as Discovery refuse to pay the price for the wheel and tyre i will be without a car maybe another month.

This is very disappointing n poor customer service for Discovery client.
