Discovery policy number Policy ***. I logged a lightning strike claim with Discovery, soon after it was logged, I received the mail that Riaan Whitney was responsible to sort out my claim. Riaan called me and made an appointment, on site he was very professional yet friendly. He gave me the go ahead to replace all the lights and accessories that was faulty on the spot. Once at home I received the notice for the contractor that was assigned to fix the rest of the goods. He continuously followed up on the contractors progress and the payment for my account was paid without a delay. Thank you Riaan and Discovery for the amazing quick and professional assistance with my claim.
