Discovery please discover better service.

Really bad, I'm not there, client. I have a 3rd party claim against them because their client drove into my car. Now they want to fit my car with pirate parts from china just because it's an older model. It's really bad service and arrogant. My own insurance Company are more than willing to fit my car with original parts. They are useless!!!
